2015 Seminars and Paint-ins
THOUGHT
FOR THE MONTH
“You
are someone important.
Someone likable, lovable and looked up to. Someone worthy of respect
and recognition. Someone who is on more people's minds and in more
hearts than you realize. Someone who is original and remarkable.
Someone with a dream to live. Someone
Special!”
Hope
you are all having a great summer. We have been visiting with Don's
family and we have other trips planned for July and August. Enjoy it while you can as this great weather won't be around all the time.
Don't
forget we have another seminar coming up in the fall. Check out the
Chapter blog for all the detail on the upcoming classes.
COME
ONE, COME ALL. Tirzah has a finishing class for all those projects
you haven't finished up. The class is held at the Riverdale Senior
Center (4433 S 900 W) from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. You can have very
nice lunch there for only $2.50.
Hope to
see you soon and may God Bless you all.
Gloria

2015 Chapter Service Project
This year the Chapter will be trying something different for our Community Service Project. Instead of bring food items (which we so often forget) for the Food Bank, we will have a donation box where people can drop in spare change or a dollar or two. You'd be surprised how quickly little bits can add up. There is a lot of need, so we hope everyone will support this effort.
