 2021 November Newsletter

Hello Ladies,

So glad to be painting again. I am looking forward to painting with everyone in November.  We will be doing a Donna Dewberry Magnolia Floral Design on canvas. It should be a fun project.

Don't forget to mark your calendar for the Chapter Christmas party. It will be at Maria's Mexican Restaurant on December 4th at 3pm. See the newsletter for more information. We hope to see you all there!!!

We have a number of exciting things planned for 2022. The Board has been busy putting together the schedule for next year. We have two seminars planned, one in the April and one in August. We are also introducing a new painting technique in February and re-visiting a technique taught at a seminar given by Linda Sharp. More information will be forthcoming, so check back to see what you have to look forward too.

There are still opening for monthly Paint-in projects, so if you have ideas or suggestions, please let the the Board know.

Yes, it's that time of year again. I'm sure most of you have received notice from SDP about your national membership renewal with your last Decorative Painters magazine. National dues need to be postmarked before December 1st to avoid their $5 postage/handling fee. (Pay SDP dues directly to the Society.)

It is not to early to pay your 2022 local dues ($15). Checks can be made out to Golden Spike Decorative Painters and mailed to the Chapter at 295 W Ctr Street, PO 302, Willard, UT 84340.
