Hello Everyone,
Brrrrrr! Is it ever going to warm up? I hope everyone is doing well in spite of the cold.
The class with Juanita Denton was a very good one. Everyone enjoyed painting with her and loved their pieces.
In February Cheri Ringger will be teaching a floral on a plate or surface of the painter's choice. Tirzah ordered plates if you need one. The floral patters are so pretty I can't make up my mind which one to paint.
Our first seminar of 2019 will ve held in April and it's an oil painting titles “Great Oak”. The teacher is Bill Bayer. See the newsletter for more details. Cone join us, Bill is a good teacher and you”ll enjoy his class, even if you don't think you can paint with oils.
I hope to see you there.
Take care,
Lydia

2019 Paint-ins
The Board would like some input from the Chapter members about next year's Paint-ins and Seminars. What kind and style of projects would you like to paint? Who would you like as teachers? Would you willing to teach a class and if so, what would you teach? Please give this some serious thought. We are here for You. Contact any of the Board members with your ideas.
2019 Chapter Service Project
Every year the Chapter has supported worthy causes in our community. Our past projects have included the battered woman's shelter, Safe Harbor; Ogden Youth Futures; the Veteran's Home; and the local Food Bank. This year we would like some input from the members for our project. Please contact any of the Board members with your suggestions. Thanks!
Raffles
This year we would like to ask all members to bring a NICE raffle item. You will receive two Christmas raffle tickets for your item. Painting supplies like palette paper, brushes, and tracing paper are always welcome as are nice wood or metal surfaces. Other items could include potted plants and candy. If you would like to receive it, it will probably make a good raffle item.

Less Traveled" showcasing his talents. Bill uses his middle name “Ridley” as his signature. Ridley was also his grandfather’s name and Bill signs his paintings in “Paps” honor.
